Attention!
Only both prepayment and confirmation sent by our managers via e-mail are the final confirmation of your participation in the chosen tour! In case if you haven’t received a confirmation letter for your booking, please, contact us!

There are 2 types of tours to the Chornobyl Zone – scheduled tours and private tours.

For scheduled tours: you can book it for the regular price (minimum 3 days in advance) or make a last-minute booking (even 1 day before the trip). To book the tour, please, fill in the application on our website and pay a 25% deposit. The rest of the balance can be paid on the bus on the day of your trip.

All unpaid bookings for the scheduled trip will be canceled 4 days after the booking was made.

For private tours: to book the tour, please, send us a request via e-mail at least 1 week in advance. After submitting the application for the tour and settling all details of your trip with the CHORNOBYL TOUR manager, you should pay 50% of the trip cost to start processing all the necessary formal permissions and passes. The second part of the tour cost should be paid on the day of your trip.

For both types of tours: the price is fixed only after prepayment.

Payment process

After the application is sent, you will get an e-mail with payment instructions. Among available options are:

• online payment service Fondy;
• payment to our bank account;
• PayPal, etc.

When making a prepayment online, the transfer commission is fully paid by the sender.

Refund policies

If you have to cancel an already prepaid tour – don't worry: CHORNOBYL TOUR offers the option to refund your money. The rules are as follows:

For scheduled tours:

•  if you cancel your participation in the tour more than 3 days before the tour date, we will refund your payment in full or credit it to another available tour date;
•  if you cancel your participation in the tour less than 3 days before the tour date, we will have to hold 25% of the tour cost;
•  if you cancel your participation in the tour to the ChNPP, the tour cost will not be refunded.

For private tours:

•  if the whole group cancels the tour more than 3 working days before the tour date, we will refund 100% of the deposit paid;
•  if the part of your group cancels the tour less than 3 days before the tour date, the price of your private tour will not be recalculated;
•  if the whole group cancels the tour less than 3 days before the tour date, we will have to hold 25% of the tour cost;
•  if you cancel your participation in the tour to the ChNPP, the tour cost will not be refunded.

For both types of tours:

•  when making the refund, the transfer commission is fully paid by the client;
•  CHORNOBYL TOUR is not responsible for the violation of terms and conditions of the tour caused by force majeure circumstances on the day of the trip (disastrous weather, actions of the Zone administration or state authorities, etc.);
•  if we have to end the tour because of the participant's wish or fault (i.e. pre-term departure or forced deportation caused by the rules violation) the cost of the trip is NOT reimbursed;

CHORNOBYL TOUR will not compensate for any accommodation and travel-related expenses, as well as other expenses that are not related to the visit to the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone.
